Responsibilities:
Report to the Managing Director
Assist the Managing Director achieve objectives
and obligations
Receive and direct telephone calls and relay
conversation and pertinent messages, while
maintaining accuracy, clarity and
confidentiality
Function as the receiver of official documents
and important mail addressed to the office
Maintain records and keep track office
supplies
Ensure general organisation and general
tidiness of the office
Ensure the proper filing of pertinent
documents
Perform primary contact and establish rapport
with clients, visitors and people going in and
out of the office on a daily basis
Ensuring the comfort and seeing to the needs
of the clients, visitors to the office
Perform active participation in meetings and
conferences and take down relevant notes
during the process
Serve as the provider of informal guidance and
conduct training to new employees and conduct
close monitoring on the employees’
productivity and progress
Qualification and Requirements:
A good degree with 2 years working experience
as Personal Assistant to Senior Management
Must execute role with efficiency and
effectiveness
Must possess good interpersonal, problem
solving and communication skills
Must possess excellent Microsoft Office Package
skills
Must possess excellent organization and
multitasking skills
