Here are five things you should know this week
Can you keep a secret?
They say loose lips sink ships, or said differently, discretion is key and not everything about you needs to be public knowledge. This isn't necessarily because you have things to hide, you might just not feel like talking and there's nothing wrong with that.
In such situations, it helps to know how to keep your mouth shut without coming off as rude. Definitely an essential life skill.
Here are five other things worth knowing this week:
CEO 101
Fact: No one knows how to be a CEO like a CEO (argue with your MBA). So if you're going to learn how to head a business, you should get your lessons from the horse's mouth (several horses' mouths, actually).

Speaking of an MBA, two scholarships at the Oxford University are accepting applications from intending graduate students. See what they're offering here and here.
Plus: Digital Lab Africa is offering a cash prize of 3,000 euros for a winning multimedia project. This is what you need to do.

•Winner Takes All
The ALAT GAME ON Turf Football Tournament (yup, it's a mouthful) ended on Sunday with Wakanow's 3-1 victory over Payporte. The boys didn't make it to the final, clearly, but isn't hosting a successful competition some kind of victory? Anyway, you should see how it all went down here.
In Other News
We stumbled upon this archive of motion capture videos for the first Mortal Kombat game (released in 1992). VHS quality but it's still solid gold.
You'll soon be able to retract your WhatsApp messages. Read that again.
Short stories you can take with you are a great way to kill time (and maybe improve your vocabulary).
Have a lovely week!
