How to Register
Forms can be picked up and submitted at:
- ALL BRANCHES OF ACCESS BANK NATIONWIDE
- TESLIM BALOGUN STADIUM, SURULERE LAGOS
- ONLINE REGISTRATIONS
ENTRY FEES: FREE
Start & Finish
The starting point will be at the front of the National Stadium Surulere opposite Teslim Balogun Stadium.
The finishing point will be at the sales office of Eko Atlantic on Ahmadu Bello Way, Victoria Island
Start Time
Marathon – 7.00am
Information will be provided on the website regularly. Please check the website and other media for important race information and familiarize yourself with this information as they come up.
Route tour will be available on the 5th of February by 10.00am,
The Marathon Course
Start point – The Marathon Route will start at the National Stadium, Surulere
The runners go towards Ojuelegba Bridge, Ikorodu Road, (on top of Fela Bridge), towards Anthony under Anthony Bridge, under Maryland Bridge, move towards Ojota, pass by the Total Filling Station and turn right towards Alapere towards to Ogudu, go by Ogudu junction towards Oworosoki and head towards Third Mainland Bridge, after Adeniji Adele, turn right towards Ikoyi on the bridge, go through Osborne Road, turn left to Parkview and head towards Lekki/Ikoyi Bridge, at bottom of bridge, turn right to Admiralty Way, at the entrance of Lekki Phase 1, turn right towards Lekki Toll Gate, head to Ozumba Mbadiwe, go by 1004 and Radisson Blu Hotel towards Bonny Camp, turn left at the roundabout going towards Ahmadu Bello Way, go by Federal Palace Hotel, Silverbird Galleria, NTA and then Bar Beach
Finish point -Eko Atlantic.

Volunteers
Registration Date to join the Volunteers’ Team shall be announced shortly. Watch out!
All lovers of Lagos, humanity and running are welcome – we really couldn’t stage this event without your support and contributions.
We will have lots of exciting volunteer roles which you can choose from and information will be available soon.
Whilst volunteering at the Access Bank Lagos City Marathon, it promises to be fun, exciting and rewarding but definitely not for the faint-hearted. Though it may be long, tiring plus drain physically and mentally; yet come rain or shine, we really need your support as members of the fabulous team to make this a success!
Volunteer Roles
We will have a wide variety of volunteer roles available for the 2018 Access Bank Lagos City Marathon.
Roles will be allocated based on application, qualifications, areas of specialization and interest. There will be roles for volunteers at the Start point, Finish point (a team to welcome the masses and elites crossing the Finish line), as well as the Exhibition areas or as part of the Medical Team.

Volunteer Briefing Information
A briefing evening will be held close to the date of the event for Access Bank Lagos City Marathon 2018 volunteers.
We will also provide you with a Volunteer Briefing Manual containing lots of important information such as key timings, dos and don’ts, emergency protocols, maps and lots more!
Also, briefing notes for each volunteer role will be sent out to all volunteers latest two weeks to the event through the Marathon General Manager; Yussuf Alli.
