During the just concluded GLORY REIGN programme by Salvation Ministries, Pastor David Ibiyeomie called on Internet Fraudsters (A.K.A Yahoo Boys) to STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE. Sequel to that,Pastor George Izunwa of Gateway International Church - The LightHouse made it clear that this trend of internet fraud and ritual killings is nothing to celebrate and should be stopped. 

Since then, a lot of persons, celebrities and organizations have come out to condemn the actions of Nigerian Youths who want to get quick wealth by involving in dubious means as well as ritual killings.

I stand today to condemn INTERNET FRAUD!

IT IS BAD!!!

..and if you're involved, it is my prayer that you meet your Waterloo sooner than you envisaged.

While it is good to condemn the ills of society, I believe a better thing to do would be to offer a better alternative.

You see most of these small boys involved in Internet fraud use their smartphones. There is the saying that if purpose is not known, abuse is inevitable.

The smartphone you have is not for fraudulent activities. You're meant to be profitable and productive with it.
